I am a resident of Pasadena, California. I completed my education at Scripps College, where I graduated with a major in biology and a minor in creative writing. Tutoring has been a part of my education since I was in kindergarten. From kindergarten through my graduation from high school, I received tutoring services in math, music, and ESL. I became a tutor in high school because I knew from personal experience what a positive effect tutoring can have on a student. For the past six years, I have been tutoring science, music, and the humanities.Subjects I am available to tutor include: elementary math, reading, writing, essay editing, biology, microbiology, AP biology, and all levels of Spanish. I am willing to help ESL and ELL students, and I can also help students with preparing their college admissions essays.In my spare time, I am interested in creative writing, biological research, cello performance, and mixed martial arts.
