I am a current Medical Student with over 10 years tutoring experience! I have helped prepare student on both the West and East coast for competitive graduate and undergraduate college admissions. I specialize in test preparation, extracurricular opportunities, and admission/scholarship application assistance. Unlike many tutors, my time as a scientist at the National Institutes for Health and Center for Disease Control has given me hands on research experience that allows me to better explain difficult science concepts in an easy to approach manner. Many of my students have struggled with ADD and/or dyslexia and I have found effective ways to help them excel. My standardized test scores are in the top 95 percentile and I have worked for nationally renowned test prep companies. I primarily focus on preparation for SAT, ACT, GRE and MCAT. I work with students to help build a competitive profile for college admissions or prestigious scholarship awards.
